TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive Saigon

Vietnam – The land of unique culture and stunning natural view!
Upon your arrival, your local tour guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel by private car. Check in hotel and relax to refresh from the long international fly. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner on the Saigon Bonsai River Cruise which will give you the first impression of Saigon by enjoying the night scenery on the cruise boat.

Day 2: Explore Cu Chi Tunnels – Half day Saigon city tour

The Cu Chi tunnel was built during the war time by the Vietnamese for fighting with enemies, but nowadays it has become an interesting and fun place for tourists. Your kids will have fun in discover the complicated tunnel system in the forest.

Afternoon, we visit Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City. Continue to visit City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Monument and Central Post Office which was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century. Right nearby, you can see Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city and was established by French colonists. This cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).

Day 3: Cai Be – Discover Mekong Delta

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch Transferring from the central of Ho Chi Minh City at 7.00, you will reach Cai Be at 9.30 AM. Up on arrival in Cai Be, stop to visit Cao Dai Temple in Cai Be which symbolize for the local unique religion and then the Cai Be Cathedral.
After that, you will embark on the boat to visit the inland and floating markets of Cai Be to observe the daily life of local people as well as to know how the two markets different from each other.
You will buy fresh tropical fruits right at locals’ own boats and have chance to talk to them for exploring more their own culture value along with their daily life.

Leaving the market, you will continue with a hand-rowing boat tour to discover the exciting Mekong river life. The small boat will travel through the tiny canals and lead you to the mysterious spots on the way.


Back to the main tourist boat and transfer to a local family (located on Tan Phong Island). Take a short rest, have a drink and taste the local fresh fruits.
Next, we will cycle around to visit Tan Phong Island. If it is on schooldays, you will also have a chance to make friends with local cute and gentle pupils in a village school. Stop at a local farmer’s house to savour a cup of tea and local specialties of banana candies. You can try plucking the fruits at the host’s garden and talk to him to understand how local farmers take care for their gardens.
Saying goodbye to the hospitable host, we keep on biking to the bang conical hat (nón bàng) workshop if they open. You will cycle back to Restaurant for lunch with local food and break before embarking on boat to leave Tan Phong Island for the pier to come back Ho Chi Minh City at 17:30.

Day 4: Flight to Nha Trang – Leisure on beach

Meals: Breakfast

Morning is free at your own for shopping until time transfer to airport to take a short flight to Nha Trang. On arrival, pick up and transfer to hotel and free for beach relaxation.

Day 5: Nha Trang – Leisure on beach

Meals: Breakfast

Full day for relaxing on Nha Trang best beaches and islands such as Tran Phu Beach, Bai Dai (Long) Beach, Doc Let Beach.

Islands in Nha Trang like Hon Mun, Hon Tam, Hon Mot are kept pristine and are best places for activities like swimming, diving and snorkeling.

Day 6: Nha Trang – Leisure on beach

Meals: Breakfast

Enjoy to the fullest your third day in Nha Trang at your own leisure. If you’re keen on adventures, Binh Hung and Binh Ba islands are your places to be. If you and your family wish to spend even more time together, a healthy mud-bathing before leaving Nha Trang is a must.

You can request us to arrange any of your extra excursions and we’re more than glad to do so.

Day 7: Flight to Hanoi – Transfer to Halong bay

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Enjoy relaxing time in the morning until pick up and transfer to airport for onward flight to Hanoi. On arrival, pick up and transfer to Halong city. Halong translates as ‘where the dragon descends into the sea’, and legend claims the islands of Halong Bay were created by a great dragon from the mountains. As it charged towards the coast, its flailing tail gouged out valleys and crevasses. When it finally plunged into the sea, the area filled with water, leaving only the pinnacles visible.

Day 8: Full day tour Halong Bay Cruise

Morning we will board our private junk and begin enjoy a four-hour cruise on the stunning bay, stopping for the most beautiful cave named Sung Sot (Amazing cave). Climbing steep stairs to explore huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites of all kinds. Continue to enjoy this relaxing cruise through the fairyland-like landscape.

Then we head back to Ha Long harbor and our waiting vehicle will transfer us back to Hanoi. On arrival, visit Ngoc Son Temple which is located at the northern end of Sword Lake. From the shore, walking on the Welcoming Morning Sunlight Bridge leads to the island. Admire buildings of the temple, including the Pen Tower, the ink-slab, the Moon Contemplation Pavilion and the Pavilion against Waves, all of which have symbolic meaning. Enjoy a water puppet show. Water puppetry – ” puppets that dance on water”- is a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century when it originated in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam. Today’s Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition.

Day 9: Half day Hanoi city tour – Bat Trang ceramic village

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
In the morning, we start our day tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum . The mausoleum is the last resting place of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam’s great revolutionist. It is a symbol of gratitude and respect of Vietnamese people for president Ho Chi Minh. Closed by, the famous One Pillar Pagoda which is built of wood on a single stone pillar 1.25 m in diameter. It is designed to resemble a lotus blossom, which is a Buddhist symbol of purity, since a lotus blossoms in a muddy pond. After that, continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education.

Enjoy a cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter before ending at local restaurant for lunch.

Afternoon, visit Bat Trang ceramic village, the village is 13 km southwest of Hanoi center, on the other side of the Red River. The village was said to be established in 14th century and the village is famous for ceramic and pottery products of high quality. The village specialized in large – scale pottery and porcelain production using traditional methods. Stop at a small family factory to see how they manufacture their products. Watch the artisans form, paint and glaze their products and you will have a chance to practice your talent with wet clay and a mold. Or you can join the drawing class in the factory.

Drive back to city center.

Day 10: Depart Hanoi

Meals: Breakfast Free time for shopping or optional visit before transfer to the airport for flight back home.

Travel Visa

Most countries in South East Asia require you to obtain a visa. Please check carefully with your travel specialist regarding specific visa requirements for each country you plan to visit as the legislation does change frequently. Thailand offers a free visa on arrival to most nationalities. Other countries including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar offer a “visa-on-arrival” service which requires you to pay a fee at the airport, or you may prefer to obtain this in advance through the relevant embassy or a visa agent. For visa-on-arrival in Vietnam, you must submit some paperwork before you arrive.

This is an option to get your visa for Vietnam instead of getting visa at the Vietnam consulate in your country.

  • Step 2: Process your visa information into a visa application
    We will contact you for reviewing your visa information and then submit your application on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration department and follow other procedures pursuant to the regulations of Immigration department to get Visa approval letter granted by Immigration department.

Step 3: Send the visa approval letter via email to you after 2 working days
After we obtain the visa approval letter from the Immigration department for you, we will forward you a scanned copy of it by email (Your visa information then have been recorded to the Visa system of the Vietnam Immigration department).

Step 4: Get your visa stamp on your arrival
Just print the approval letter out, prepare 2 passport sized photos and an amount of USD for stamping fee ($45 for single entry visa; $65 for 1 month multiple entry visa and $95 for 3 multiple entry visa). Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports.

Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, expect a simple form to fill in (or you can download here to fill beforehand), present the visa approval letter, passport, photos to the Immigration officer inside the counter and look for a place to hear your name be called to get the passport back and pay for the stamping fee. The actual process takes around 15 minutes without hassle or trouble.

What are the differences between this process and getting visa at Vietnam embassies?
It is only applicable for those who travel to Vietnam by air. You only need fill out the visa application form online instead of visiting the Vietnam embassies or sending documents to Embassies over by post.The online visa application does not require sending your passport away.You get a visa approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department indicating that you are allowed to enter Vietnam and have your visa stamped upon arrival at one of Vietnam international airports.
